WHAT IS rad city?

Rad City welcomes all vehicles, motorcycles and bicycles/scooters manufactured in the 1980s or 1990s. Additionally, vehicles from other years that are essentially the same model as those produced in these decades are also eligible to participate. This includes models with minimal design changes spanning across adjacent years.
